Delivery Information

Orders are, under normal circumstances,  sent out within 24 hours, however we are very much in the hands of Royal Mail and any future government restrictions so this may alter at short notice.

PLEASE NOTE: 2nd class parcels may take slightly longer to arrive, please bear this in mind when selecting your choice of postage if the item is required to be received by a certain date especially at busy times, i.e., bank holidays.

All items have to be posted, sorry no collections.

Should you wish to make a purchase and your country is not shown in the dropdown list please get in touch and give us details of the items you wish to order and we will respond with a price for carriage and expected delivery time to your country.

All packages will be sent using Royal Mail by the method you select when placing your order.  Items will be sent securely packaged, using recycled packaging whenever possible.  Our aim is to despatch orders within 24 hours of the order being placed, however this may not always be the case at busier times, so please take this into consideration when selecting first or second class delivery.  Should you wish to track the order on the Royal Mail website a signed for delivery should be selected.

Should an order get lost in transit then please inform us and we will take it up with Royal Mail.  Please note however that Royal Mail's policy is that an item is not classed as 'missing' until 15 working days after posting so please bear this in mind when reporting an undelivered parcel.  However, if you require the item urgently and we have another available, we may be able to send out a replacement so please get in touch.

If your purchase is returned to us by the Post Office because you failed to collect it after an attempted delivery, or because the address details were incorrect, we will happily re-post it back to you at your cost.  If you decide you no longer require the items then we will be happy to refund you the purchase price only and not the initial postage cost paid.
